Do you have a retail store?
Yes!  You are welcome to shop at your convenience or pick up an order.  We are located at 3781 Presidential Pkwy., Suite 137, Atlanta, GA 30340.   Hours:  Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  (Note:  Only credit or debit cards accepted for in-store purchases.)

Are you open on the weekends?
We are open on Saturdays from 10:00 am 0 2:00 pm.  We are closed on Sunday.  However, we would be happy to meet with you by appointment.  Just give us a call to schedule an appointment.  Of course, you may visit our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
We do offer discounts for large quantities. Please give us a call to discuss the details at (404) 241-1375. You will also find some items with standard quantity discounts on our website.

Is same day shipping available?
In most cases orders are shipped within 1-3 days based on stock availability, quantity and production time. If you require same day shipping, please indicate that on your order in the comments section or give us a call at (404) 241-1375.

I live in Atlanta area, can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Orders can be picked up at 3781 Presidential Pkwy., Suite 137, Atlanta, GA 30340.  Simply select "Customer Pick Up" as your shipping option so that no shipping charges will be added. A separate Pick Up Confirmation Email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. If there is a specific date the order needs to be picked up, please include that date in the Due Date field.

We're tax exempt. Can I use my tax ID for ordering?
Yes. If you are purchasing products for a non-profit organzation, school, government agency or other tax-exempt entity, please contact us to provide your tax exempt credentials. They can also be emailed to

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes. As long as the order has not been shipped, you are welcome to make changes to your order. Please call us directly at (404) 241-1375 with your name and order number to adjust your order. This also applies to order cancellations.

Is there a minimum for purchase?
No. There is no miminum quantity for purchasing standard stock items. However, custom and personalized products do carry a per item minimum which varies by product. Please see individual product pages for details. We pride ourselves in being a flexible resource for your Georgia gift needs, and you can order as few or as many as needed.

Are you closed on holidays?
Our offices are closed on:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

However, you may always shop on online store at Orders placed during these recognized holidays will be shipped within the following 1-3 business days after the holiday.
