We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives intact and on time:

• Local Courier Delivery within the metro Atlanta area
• Customer Pick Up (a notification email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.)

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

All online orders are pre-paid and delivery is guaranteed to the complete and correct addresses we are provided. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and undeliverable shipments based on a delivery address that has been entered incorrectly.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through the U. S. Postal Service. Transit time for regular international mail is 6-10 days. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.

Shipping To PO Boxes or an APO/FBO Addresses

Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FBO addresses must be shipped via the United States Post Office only. Please select the appropriate carrier during the checkout process.

Shipping Perishable Items

WARM WEATHER ALERT: When temperatures are above 70 degrees (typically between April and October), we recommend that orders containing chocolates and other perishable items be shipped inside our insulated packaging. Products are securely packed inside a cooler with frozen gel packs to prevent perishable items from melting during transit. Shipments with insulated packaging must be shipped to arrive within 2 days. Please refer to the following UPS shipping chart above.

Shipping from Georgia, most southeastern, east-coast and midwest states can be reached within two days. If the delivery address cannot be reached within two days, please select 2nd Day Air shipping. The additional cost is $9.95 per box. Please select "Insulating Shipping" from the Recommended Products section on the product page.
