Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At Georgia Gifts & More, we make every effort to provide quality gifts at an affordable price. If your product is damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service department for a replacement at (404) 241-1375. Any order may be cancelled if notification is made prior to shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly refund your order of non-perishable items less shipping after product has been shipped back at customer's expense.

Please note that all sales are final for custom orders and bulk orders after the deposit has been made. Deposits are non-refundable.

Perishable items are not returnable. For shelf stable items, if returned to us in original packaging within 10 days of delivery, we will offer a store credit for your order less our cost for shipping and handling. If a perishable item is returned to us by the shipping carrier marked "undeliverable", we cannot offer a store credit. When this situation occurs, we do offer a 15% discount on a replacement order.
