Visit Our Store:

Feel free to shop in person at our Atlanta store. We are located at 5001 Lavista Road, Suite A, Tucker, GA 30084. Updated hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Most products are available for immediate purchase (excluding customized products and special orders). Note: Only credit or debit cards accepted for in-store purchases. Please wear face cover and practice social distancing while in the store.

Customer Pick Up Information:

Local customers may pick up their orders at 5001 Lavista Road, Suite A, Tucker, GA 30084. In store and Curbside pick up available. Store hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.

When your order is placed, a general order confirmation will be sent via email. However, a PICK UP CONFIRMATION email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. Directions, hours of operation and contact information are also included in the pick up confirmation email. Please wait until you have received the pick up confirmation email to ensure that your order is ready for pick up. Order pick up is available Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Closed on Sunday. Please wear face cover and practice social distancing for in-store pick up.

Shipping/Delivery:

Most orders are shipped the next business day, but please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the beginning of the next business week (except for holidays). Time in transit varies by carrier. Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground. Please refer to the following chart for delivery times:

Multiple Orders:

Online orders are processed and delivered to a single address. Each delivery address should be submitted as a separate order. To expedite the process for multiple delivery addresses, please call us directly at (404) 241-1375 or email your order to info@georgiagiftsandmore.com. Please include your contact information, item being sent, various delivery addresses, card message and any special instructions. We will contact you to confirm the order and obtain payment information. Or, use our bulk order form located on the product pages.

Custom Orders:

For custom orders, please contact us via phone or e-mail with your specifications and we will provide you with a custom quote on your unique Georgia gift.

Please note that all sales are final for custom orders and bulk orders after the deposit has been made. Deposits are non-refundable.

Availability:

Occasionally, an item in a gift set, container or ribbon may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Georgia. Sales tax will not be assessed on shipments outside of Georgia.

International Shipments:

We ship internationally via the United States Post Office. International orders can be placed directly on our website or by phone at (404) 241-1375.

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At Georgia Gifts & More, we make every effort to provide quality gifts at an affordable price. If your product is damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service department for a replacement at (404) 241-1375. Any order may be cancelled if notification is made prior to shipping.

Please note that all sales are final for custom orders and bulk orders after the deposit has been made. Deposits are non-refundable.

Perishable items are not returnable. For shelf stable items, if returned to us in original packaging within 10 days of delivery, products may be exchanged for products totaling the same amount or we will offer a store credit for your order less our cost for shipping and handling. If a perishable item is returned to us by the shipping carrier marked "undeliverable", we cannot offer a store credit. When this situation occurs, we do offer a 15% discount on a replacement order.
