Multiple Delivery Addresses
We will gladly ship to multiple addresses. Multiple recipient addresses can be processed through our website. However, if you'd like to email your list, please download our bulk order form and email your gift order to email@example.com.
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Applicable sales tax is collected on shipments within the state of Georgia (by county). Tax is assessed based on the point of county destination. No sales tax is collected on shipments sent out of the state of Georgia.
Georgia Gift Delivery Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives intact and on time:
- United States Post Office
- Local Courier Delivery within the metro Atlanta area
- Customer Pick Up (a notification email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.)

Incorrect Delivery Addresses
All online orders are pre-paid and delivery is guaranteed to the complete and correct addresses we are provided. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and undeliverable shipments based on a delivery address that has been entered incorrectly.
We ship internationally through the U. S. Postal Service. Transit time for regular international mail is 6-10 days. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Shipping To PO Boxes or an APO/FBO Addresses
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FBO addresses must be shipped via the United States Post Office only. Please select the appropriate carrier during the checkout process.
Shipping Perishable Items
WARM WEATHER ALERT: When temperatures are above 70 degrees (typically between April and October), we recommend that orders containing chocolates and other perishable items be shipped inside our insulated packaging. Products are securely packed inside a cooler with frozen gel packs to prevent perishable items from melting during transit. Shipments with insulated packaging must be shipped to arrive within 2 days. Please refer to the following FedEx shipping chart below.
Shipping from Georgia, most southeastern, east-coast and midwest states can be reached within two days. If the delivery address cannot be reached within two days, please select 2nd Day Air shipping. The additional cost is $9.95 per box. Please select "Insulating Shipping" from the Recommended Products section on the product page.
Gift Basket Substitutions
We make every effort to maintain the product selection for our Georgia gift baskets. However, in the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable item within the gift basket of equal or higher value.
Redirected Shipments and Weather Delays
We cannot refund shipping costs for packages that are deemed undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect addresses, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, floor or building numbers etc.
- Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters etc.
- Civil unrest, labor disputes, work stoppages or transportation disruptions
- Recipient refuses delivery of package.
- Incorrect delivery information (include incorrect name or business name, misspelled words or incomplete information)
- We reserve the right to pass along the additional charge from the shipping carrier for addresses changes and interception of packages (in the amount of $12) to the ordering customer that is the result of incomplete or incorrect delivery information. At the customer's request, we will re-ship undeliverable or returned packages at the shipper's expense.
Shipping to Correctional Facilities
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to correctional facilities at this time.
Shipping to Hospitals
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PATIENTS in the hospital. Please select local courier delivery for patients in local Atlanta area hospitals. We can always ship to EMPLOYEES/STAFF at the hospital. Please include specific department and contact information on the order. Please contact us at (404) 241-1375 with any questions.
Shipping to Hotels and Schools
Sender must specify whether the recipient is a Guest, Employee or Student or provide the appropriate title or department for the recipient. Because of the high volume of packages delivered to schools and hotels, it is very important that all applicable address information for the recipient is provided, including but not limited to: room/apartment numbers, suites, floors or building number and/or name, Hotel or School name, etc. Keep in mind that deliveries to hotels, universities and colleges are typically delivered to a centralized mail room. While we can guarantee delivery to the mail room, we cannot be responsible for delivery of the gift from the receiving department to the recipient.
