I have been a hog farmer for over 50 years and have smoked, cooked, roasted, fried and dry aged pork in every way imaginable. Lemon Pig Able Table sauce is hands down the best for pork. I use it to inject, brine, and as a binder for nearly everything I smoke. It is a vegan sauce without the high end technology and msg/high fructose corn syrup preservatives. It is just a naturally good for you sauce that has many uses and flavor for days.

This is what you put on dull food to make it really good food.

I use this to inject pork befor smoking. You don't have to brine and wait on the flavor to soak in. Just inject and put it in the grill or smoker.

Tried this sauce for the first time last night... had to have it again tonight. It's delicious! Need to stock up.
